It may appear that I'm just getting rid of excess stuff, but there's more to it than that. Decluttering can be a profoundly spiritual act. I am letting go of that which no longer serves me.

"Make everything you do a prayer." I don't know if I heard that somewhere, or if it came from within, but I love it. Prayer, for me, is simply a spiritual communion with the Divine.

I have been thinking about the word "triggered" that is bandied about so much these days. It has become somewhat of a loaded word, but all it means is that something has touched a nerve.
